Window Village displaying two building from the Dept 56 Series, Dickens’Village. Remote Control lighting allows for a “no Wires” showing display. The mirror backed window is high-lighted on top with beautiful pine & juniper & topped off with a Double sided Red Satin Bow w/a glittered pinecone.
The Dickens’ buildings sit on a glittered snow base along with sidewalks, wagon trail and landscaping all covered in micro glitter. Even the window has a icy frosting on it. The two buildings include;
A. Barton’s Holiday Greens
Victorian England at the time of Charles Dickens was a center of culture for the world, where many traditions we celebrate today took shape. Charles Dickens loved to walk the lanes and streets of London for inspiration. Let the finely-detailed, hand painted porcelain lighted buildings and accessories of this series inspire your feelings of Christmases past and Christmases yet to come.
B. Leed’s Oyster House
Another highly detailed building, with even the menu posted outside. Leeds share the building with Octant Navigational Services on the second floor. Notice even the skylight on the roof. We have used the Department 56 Light anywhere LED units for the remote lighting feature, which allows you to display this anywhere with worring about running wires.
